Our subscription model allows us to provide customers with the features they need while giving us the chance to invest back into the platform.
When is Sure Legacy coming to my country?
Right now, we’re keeping things stateside, but we’re hoping to take things globally soon! We’d ask you to hold your breath, but that’s a little too dangerous for our taste. For now, just stay tuned!
When will Sure Legacy be available in other languages?
We hope to bring you our content in other languages soon. We’re focusing on English for now, but soon we might be saying hola, bonjour, or こんにちは to you!
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
