How do I manage emails sent by Sure Legacy?
Everything you need to make sure you only get the messages you need is just a few clicks away. Go to your Settings section, then click on Email Preferences, and then Manage. You can set your preferences here. We get enough emails from our own accounts, so we know you might want to limit communications to the essentials.
Just remember to always click Save after changing your preferences! We’ve learned that one the hard way after a couple stressful assignment due dates in college.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
