If I stop paying, what happens to my Sure Legacy account?
Once you cancel your account, we’ll cancel future payments for your subscription and put it on hold. We know how hard it is to start from scratch (our Netflix watch lists will never recover), so we put your account on hold if you decide to reactivate.
You won’t be able to edit, download, or share information on your Sure Legacy account while your account is on hold. However, renewing your subscription will allow you to regain full access again.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
