Sure Legacy is sort of a digital safe. We store all your critical information in one accessible and secure online account. From bank account passwords (so family members don’t strangle each other trying to access money left to them) to more personal details like your grandma’s gingersnap cookie recipe you’d make to cheer up after every failed relationship, we keep it safe for you.
You decide who will be responsible for this information when you pass by choosing trusted people called Deputies.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
