Can I create a Sure Legacy account for someone else, like a parent?
You sure can! We know that sometimes, the people you want to take care of the most may not be technologically savvy. That’s one of the reasons why we got in the game, besides an unnatural affection for helping people.
Creating an account for someone else is easy! You’ll follow the regular signup process; just make sure to share all the relevant sign-in information with whoever you’re making the account for.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
