Creating a Sure Legacy Account
Where’s my confirmation email? I signed up but haven’t received it.
Your confirmation email should go directly to the email address you used to sign up. Of course, technology can be iffy (our microwave’s still flashing 12:00), so you might need to check your spam folder or refresh your inbox if you can’t see it. If that doesn’t work, contact us. We’ll get to the bottom of it!
Can I create a Sure Legacy account for someone else, like a parent?
You sure can! We know that sometimes, the people you want to take care of the most may not be technologically savvy. That’s one of the reasons why we got in the game, besides an unnatural affection for helping people.
Creating an account for someone else is easy! You’ll follow the regular signup process; just make sure to share all the relevant sign-in information with whoever you’re making the account for.
Is Sure Legacy available for those outside the United States?
Sure Legacy is open to anyone, anywhere, from Alaska to Zimbabwe. That said, our guidance for legal documents is specific to the United States. We recommend consulting a local expert when needed.
Why do you need my phone number?
Well, we’re not going to call you and ask you to help us move, so don’t worry about that. We need your phone number so we can contact you via phone when you request it, so we know you’re you when you call customer service, and to better secure your account through two-factor authentication.

Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
