How do I add a Deputy?
As soon as you create your account, you’ll have an action item on your dashboard directing you to add your Deputy.
If for some reason, you decided to skip this first action item and don’t currently have any Deputies assigned, then you can follow these steps:
- Find the My Deputies section under Secure Sharing.
- Select Add Your First Deputy, which will bring up a new window.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to fill in your Deputy’s information.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
