How do I report a technical problem or bug?

The last thing we want is for your experience to be negatively impacted by a bug or the like. Contact customer support, and we’ll get right on it. To make sure the problem is dealt with by top people, we ask that you try to include the following helpful pieces of information:

  • On what page the problem occurred
  • What you were trying to do
  • Precisely what happened, including any error messages you might have received
  • What operating system, browser type, and version you were using
  • Screenshots of the problem, if available

Real Human Help

Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.

We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
