I was invited to become someone’s Deputy. How do I accept the invitation?
Check your email! We’ll automatically send the invitation to the email the account holder used when setting you up. There’ll be a nice big button you can push.

- Look for the invitation in your inbox, which should include the word “invitation” in the subject line.
- Select Accept Invitation and create your free, Deputy-only account by entering a password.
- When your account is ready to go, you’ll see the Sure Legacy account that invited you.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
