How do I get started after creating an account?
Once you’re part of the Sure Legacy family (please, hold the applause), you’ll add your Deputy. You’ll also be able to fill out important information in different sections of your account.
What should I do if I forget my password?
We get it. It’s hard to keep track of everything. You don’t want to know how many times we’ve tried getting into our Facebook accounts. Luckily, there’s a “Forgot Password?” option available every time you try logging in. Simply follow the instructions, and we’ll help you get back in.
How do I import my account information from my bank?
Just hop on over to the financial section of your user account. You’ll see a section called “Where You Bank.” Click start and fill out the information!
Can other people edit my Sure Legacy info?
Only if you give them access to your personal login. Deputies can’t edit your information using their Deputy account. Don’t worry, we make sure only your eyes are on your info.

Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
