What should I do if I forget my password?
We get it. It’s hard to keep track of everything. You don’t want to know how many times we’ve tried getting into our Facebook accounts. Luckily, there’s a “Forgot Password?” option available every time you try logging in.

Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
