What is a Deputy?
A Deputy is one of the most trusted people in your life. It can be anyone from a family member to a friend to a particularly close hairdresser. You’ll add them to your account and customize what they should have access to and when.
We don’t put a limit on the number of Deputies you can assign, so you can add other trusted individuals who might need limited access to certain portions of your plan, such as your doctor, financial advisor, or estate attorney.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
