What’s two-step authentication all about?
Two-step authentication is a safeguard that makes your account even more secure and protected from hackers. You might also have heard it called two-step authentication. Don’t let the different names fool you. They mean the same thing — protection.
With this feature turned on, we’ll provide you with a unique code by text or robocall that you’ll use to log in from an unrecognized device or from a recognized device if it’s been more than 30 days since your last log-in.
The entire process takes about five seconds to complete (trust us, we have a stopwatch function on our Casio).
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
