Where’s my confirmation email? I signed up but haven’t received it.
Your confirmation email should go directly to the email address you used to sign up. Of course, technology can be iffy (our microwave’s still flashing 12:00), so you might need to check your spam folder or refresh your inbox if you can’t see it. If that doesn’t work, contact us, and we’ll get to the bottom of it!
If you need to resend your confirmation email, just log in to your account using the email and password you set up at sign up. We’ll automatically resend it!
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
