Why do you need my phone number?

Well, we’re not going to call you and ask you to help us move, so don’t worry about that. We will not spam you or sell your information.

We need your phone number so we can contact you via phone when you request it, so we know you’re you when you call customer service, and to better secure your account through two-factor authentication.

Two-factor authentication is optional, but we highly suggest that you turn it on. It’s another excellent way to secure your information and keep it away from any bad guys’ hands.

Real Human Help

Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.

We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
