How do I become a Deputy?
Whoever sets up a Sure Legacy account will need to add you as a Deputy from their account.
Once they do, you’ll receive an email that invites you to create your own account, which will give you access to the sections they share with you. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to follow these steps.
If you never received an invitation, but the person who invited you says they sent it, confirm that they used the correct email address for you. If needed, ask them to resend your invitation.
Real Human Help
Robots are neat, and we love R2D2, Lieutenant Commander Data, and Johnny 5 as much as any sci-fi fan. But for all they can do, robots aren’t so great at customer service just yet. That’s why all our customer reps are real, flesh-and-blood human beings. If you ask them nicely, they may even tell you a joke.
We have customer service agents so real, you could reach out and touch them. But don’t, because that’d be weird. Just let them answer your questions or comments through email.
